Our History
iTech began as a data capture outsourcing company, with 24/7 operation and a world-class data team to offer high-accuracy, rapid data entry services in a cost-effective package. We used this model to ensure that companies with time-sensitive operations like EOD check deposits and late-night deliveries receive real-time data updates without needing to fund 24-hour operations. Although this model didn’t involve AI at the time, it set the stage for our evolution into the most tech-forward data outsourcing provider in the USA.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, companies had to respond by rapidly adapting to work-from-home operations, and we were no exception. Instead of simply weathering the storm, we took advantage of the growing innovation in machine learning and optical character recognition (OCR) technology. While OCR had gotten far more accurate at reading documents (especially handwritten docs, which were essentially unreadable by OCR previously), and machine learning had become far more adept at using information to perform valuable business automations, nobody in the data outsourcing market had combined the tool to provide the best possible value for customers.
So, we decided to take a chance and be the first to do it ourselves.

Our People
Our CEO & Founder: Kishore Khandavalli
Kishore Khandavalli is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience starting, scaling, and acquiring ventures. He is the founder and CEO of several companies, including 7T, iTech US, Inc., and RiseIT Solutions. 7T was established in 2012. He has demonstrated a consistent ability to lead companies to success and is an experienced keynote speaker.
He is an award-winning entrepreneur, named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2022, and a Wells Fargo Asian Business Leader Finalist in 2010. He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and holds a Master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Akron, OH. In his free time, he is also an avid flyer and private pilot.
Before founding iTech in 2003, Khandavalli served as the President of Primesoft– a company he founded in 1997. Primesoft grew substantially by 2000 when it merged with Goldstone Technologies– a merger he spearheaded– and he led the combined organization until 2002. As the CEO, he expanded its operations worldwide with over 400 employees in three different continents.
Before entering the data outsourcing industry, Khandavalli worked as a research and development engineer at Enerfex, a technology think tank in Vermont. At Enerfex, he developed a unique patented technology to capture greenhouse gases and reuse them as industrial refrigerants.
